Boxing classes are fun group training sessions for all ages and fitness levels. Involves a 1 hour high intensity session consisting of boxing circuits with added cardio and physical exercises. Ideal for improving strength, cardio fitness and weightloss. Gloves provided. No need to book! Just simply rock up!
Classes run: Tues 6am & 6pm, Thurs 6pm, Sat 8am. Saturday classes often change location, please call and enquire.
Cost: $20 casual
