    I decided to join the Female Weights Program after chatting with Rob about the importance of strength training for women, particularly as we get older. I have been attending the 45-minute sessions twice a week for more than a year. I’ve enjoyed the training program and have found both Abe and Rob great trainers. They are fun, encouraging and very knowledgeable. In doing the program, I wanted to tone up and feel good. I achieved that and had the results reinforced in the 8-weekly assessments. Using the Inbody scan I could see changes to my weight, skeletal muscle mass and body fat and if I didn’t consider that data, I could see the results in the weights I was lifting and my form in the gym. I looked forward to the morning banter and challenges set.
