Mum’s & Bub’s Fitness
Mums and Bubs classes are a fun, casual and cheap way to get your body in shape after pregnancy without having to find a baby sitter. These classes are specifically designed for post natal women by highly qualified staff. Classes combine low impact cardio and agility drills, power walking, strength training, boxing, stretching and specific exercises tone and tighten core and pelvic floor muscles post pregnancy.
Where: Classes are held at the East Fremantle Football Club both inside and outside depending on the weather and activities.
When: At a time of your choice that fits in with you and your babies lifestyle. Cost: Form your own class at your own time from as little as $20pp.
Please note: Classes are held for mum’s that are more than 8 weeks post pregnancy. Children must be able to stay in a pram (no toddlers that can run around and hurt themselves).
